[Patreon Transfer] Demo Updated to 1.0.3 for All!


As we get closer to releasing the game demo for everyone, I have been making some minor adjustments to the PC and Dreamcast demo's. It now has a sell screen and is no longer on the "registered" version. It now functions like a proper demo and everything! The only donwside, is that I still can't figure out how to make the armor and stuff go away properly. I know how to do it in makaqu, but the PC version (Darkplaces) still eludes me! I don't have much time left, and I'm working all week, so it's probably going to get fixed after the demo is released. Also, I found out that there is a port of Quake for the Vita! It's homebrew, but in case I'm not able to get a proper dev kit in time before the end of life date, it's the next best thing. Unity 3D ports are still going to happen because I want to port it to Steam as well as PS4, so it's still in the works, but I'm going to be focusing all my time on the Dreamcast port at the moment.

Another thing I hope to do is incorporate code onto the Dreamcast port for an achievement system. Then you can upload the save file from the browser to, maybe Dreamcast Live or a site of my own creation so that everyone can see what you earned. If I do get someone to implement it for me, I'll also release the source code to that with the updated engine. I just hope I can find someone to help code the engine!
