Systems Programmer Needed for Win9x Voodoo II Support

Hey there!

The current miniGL and MesaFX ports aren’t working for our source port due to some extra features we put in, such a smooth rendering. We know that this should work on hardware of the time since it works on Nvidia and PowerVR (Dreamcast version) chipsets.

I have acquired the Glide2xSDK, and need any programmer who would like to work with me to program an OpenGL Glide wrapper DLL for my game running on Voodoo II cards. It’s a paid gig, but unfortunately due to my job, I can’t pay much, sorry.

Tl;dr: I need someone to use the old 3Dfx Glide2 SDK to make a custom OpenGL wrapper for my game running on a custom quake engine port on Voodoo II Win9x cards. Paid gig.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of low-level C

- Optimization experience

- Working with legacy hardware/software systems in and outside of a virtual machine

Recommended

- 3Dfx Glide2 programming experience

- A 3Dfx Voodoo II/Banshee graphics card

- A Windows 9x machine with Pentium - Pentium III range CPU (Celeron versions acceptable)
